Excess Foreskin in Penis

Asked for Male, 14 Years

Hi! I'm 14 years old and I had my circumcision when I was around 8 or 9. Until now I think that there were excess foreskin because when my penis is flacid, to much foreskin is wrapped around the glans and when it its erect, it will look normal but the excess foreskin stays at the back.. how do I resolve this issue?
