Actuly Maa had met wid an accident few yrs back n hd fracture in her tail bone. The fracture is fine nw. But she has acute pain in her back she cannot bend much or fr long time neither she can hold heavy things for long liked filled bucket since told by doctor. Her weight is 53kg but she has a bit of fat on her tummy. So can you please suggest some excercises for getting flat tummy keeping in mind the above given health problem.
