If you are getting recurrent eczema on your legs, underlying cause has to be searched for with detailed history and examination. Where are many causes on of Eczema on the legs such as atopic Eczema Varicose Eczema, asteatotic Eczema etc. Please don't apply soap over that area and do not Scrub that area. Apply coconut oil before bath. If you can send photographs or meet me I can write a detailed prescription.
