Boil on leg (shine bone area)

Asked for Female, 18 Years

This boil i noticed appear about five days ago and continues ed to get worse. I haven't messed with it much at all except putting drawing salve on it. But the thing is it's near my shin bone .. weird palace for me to get one? I don't know, I'm always thinking worse case scenario so I'm like oh god, they are going to have to amputate my leg.. could I get nerve damage?
