Consult with a doctor
Online now
You might be suffering from oral ulcers. In pure vegetarian it is common for b12 deficiencies which might cause ulcers. I will prescribe simple medications, but it is better that you consult a general physician and show him the ulcers so that a definite diagnosis is made. Consult a nutritionist so that your diet is optimised and all the necessary vitamins are covered in your diet.
Next Steps
1. Tab benfomet forte daily once, until you consult a nutritionist. 2. Ointment zytee for local application, apply it on the ulcers twice daily. 3 maintain oral hygiene.
