Skin disease isn’t that easy to diagnose and treat
It requires proper history and certain tests too
And treatment ranges from simple medication to in clinic treatments like laser peels Prp
Everything cant be prescribed in one go
And most important there are medicines that requires proper follow up, routine check up if taken by patient without proper supervision can lead to serious side effects
And then who will take responsibility of the side effects?
You or the treating doctor who gave free advice
I have seen patients come with skin redness, thinning, after applying steroids creams on their own which if done in doctor guidance could have been prevented
So proper follow up and monitoring its always better to consult with regular follow ups
