Estachian tube dysfunction
I have crackling popping ears since 2 months and mild hearing loss i cant hear words clearly sometimes and also in low volume i cant here i told my ent they gave me anti histamine and nasal steroid spray but it is not helping do u have any other suggestion plz and what are the nasal rinse? how to use that can u plz give me more medicine my tympanometry shows A graph in left ear and b graph in right ear

A nasal endoscopic examination is required and also need to check your eustachian tube function Try taking a nasal decongestant for a week and oral mucolytics . Also the ear needs to be evaluated if there are OME features with persistent symptoms, myringotomy would be beneficial for you

hey mucolytics are advised generally in this condition There is et dysfunction and in your left ear u have developed serous otitis media and if you are relieved with medications and nasal sprays one last resort is myringotomy and grommet insertion to drain out the fluid
