ESR level is 72 mm/hr
My daughter's ESR level is 72mm/hr.I am worried about that.Could it be a cause for fear? Please suggest me.

It is raised .It means some infection is there . Some chronic reactive infection. Mostly due to chronic cold cough , they have raised ESR.Never the less, do Mantoux test done and XRay chest.

Yes the ESR is high. Is there any history of fever ,prolonged cough,weight loss etc.
If yes then kindly get her examined by your pediatrician.
