Esophagus spasm
My doctor's done a barium swallow x ray and they found that I am suffering from esophagus spasm in lower side of esophagus around 10 cm. They advised to do a dilation for cleaning but because of the narrowing in lower side during the dilation it mau be possible the esophagus may be damaged or break ao in tis case surgery will be needed.
Should I take a chance in my city ranchi or I shall visit somewhere else.?
I am very much confused what to do.

It depends on whether that centre is a high volume centre or not.
If not then better visit any good high volume centre.
