Escherichia coli grown> 100000 cfu/ml

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi, Few days back my BP went down to 80/60. So I got admitted in hospital they did all the test but they didn't find any issue. But today I got my urin culture test report and it was written that I am suffering from urinal infection called Escherichia coli grown> 100000 cfu/ml . I am a bit scared ,is it serious?
