My father aged 63+.
We did a urine culture and found 90,000 cfu/ml klebsiella growth seen in culture
Is this a UTI?
He doesn't have any urine issues, fever or any symptoms
Also for the last 2 months he had 2 positive Escherichia coli presence in 90,000 cfu/ml culture again with no symptoms
