Hi My father aged 63+. We did a urine culture and found 90,000 cfu/ml klebsiella growth seen in culture Is this a UTI? He doesn't have any urine issues, fever or any symptoms Also for the last 2 months he had 2 positive Escherichia coli presence in 90,000 cfu/ml culture again with no symptoms

If there are no symptoms then it is asymptomatic bacteriuria. No need of any treatment and repeat tests for this. Only get treatment if you have any symptoms
