Erytop cream alternative
I have been using erytop cream past one week for my acne. I am however not satisfied with the results. Is there a better cream? I am a 19 year old woman and I have a very sensitive skin.

Acne vulgaris is physiological ...it depends how you respond to the hormones like androgens after puberty.
Different grades are there... so clinical approach depends on the grade .
If its pus filled lesions(inflammed acne ) you can go for zinderm BN gel local application in the night on acne lesions only.
Use gentle cleansing lotion like moiz cleansing lotion as a face wash.
Morning use Episoft Ac spf 30 cream as a moisturiser with sunscreen for full face.
In case too many acne you can go for cap.minoz Od daily night for 3-4 weeks.
