I am 25 suffering from ed from last 2 years.i have penile doppler test which show the inner caversonal dia .15mm and after inj .70mm and psv 38cm/s and edv zero and then after rough masturbation i got pain in penis on the left side of penis shaft and again go for penile doppler after 5 months .caversonal inner dia was .6mm before injection and 1.2 after injection which increased only 50%.psv value is 25cm/s and edv is zero.my testosterone level is normal.i have no diabetes,no bp ,no cholestrol.but i have pain on the left side of shaft in midway.pain is due to rough masturbation which us continue from last 9 months..i have weak errection by using hand..what is the cause of my ed?

Hi
Pain during erection can suggest initial stage of Peyronie's disease in which hard plaque forms on one side of shaft.
Avoid rough intercourse or excess bending. Avoid woman on top position.
See a Urologist for the pain.
Doppler reports are within normal limits. ED may also be due to fear of pain.
