My 1.5 year old daughter have redness/roughness kind of spoting on her tounge and it seems she feels itching on her tounge but not pain. However she pronounce words well as per her age.

Please tell me what treatment we should start and to whom we should concern? any physian or ENT expert?

It could be geographic tongue which is a naturally occurring anomaly in some people. But better to consult a oral medicine specialist for d same for further clinical evaluation
