I'm a 20 year old boy and I've been mastrubating since 6 years almost ..and sometimes it even goes upto thrice a day .and now I'm finding it hard to get a hard erection and it won't stay erect for longer time ...May I know what I'm suffering from and what should be done to get back a hard erection like before
