Blood in urine is a serious issue and needs to be evaluated for the cause. If you have had infection and took treatment for the same some medicine may cause temporary erectile dysfunction. Best thing for you to do is drink plenty of water and consult a urologist as soon as possible. He will examine you and give you some tests and further treatment if any needed will be done by them.
