Hi SSRIs such as Serlift has an impact on ejaculation and sometime on desire too. You can be on other medicines to help the psychological condition and also on ones which doesn't have any sexual side effects Please do not panic as these are reversible and nothing major.
Next Steps
Please consult your Psychiatrist to change the meds to something which doesn't have these side effects.
