Erectile Dysfunction Loss of muscle mass

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am suffering from Chronic prostatitis from 5 to 6 years now I am recovering from it. But I have also erectile dysfunction and my sperm is transparent and also loss of lean muscle mass after doing any work it happened in a day. I have tested my testosterone level that are normal and my doctor said that you have psychological issue but I don't think so. Please suggest me some cure or diagnose my problem.
