I'm 27 years old. I experienced a weak erection for the first time 5 years ago. It was an occasional issue so did not pay much attention to it.
Got a varecoselectomy done in 2015. I don't know if it is related but somehow the erections got better after the surgery. Until this year. I have been experiencing ED again from the past 2-3 months. And this time it's not only weak erections, sometimes there's no erection at all.
Also experiencing a drop in libido
