Please relax, you seem to be under great deal of stress. Please practice deep breathing exercises and do some yoga too you will feel much better. The anxiety is due to stress and so is fatigue a sign of anxiety n depression. So I would suggest you consult a competent certified experienced clinical sexologist and discuss your issues and get treated at the earliest.
