Can i overcome ed through lifestyle changes? Like exercise and good dieting? Plz help me some tips to overcome erectile dysfunction, plz plz because i m too much thinking about it

Drink milk with ashwagandha powder. Eat fibrous and whole grains foods. Prefer leafy vegetables. You can take egg products.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water. Take adequate sleep. Avoid smoking and drinking habits if you have them. Avoid spicy and fried junk foods.

Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy..chilli.nd fried food Take CP SHILAJIT tb....Manmath ras .... nd tb....sidh makardhwaj bati... one each morning & evening for 3 months...wd hot milk.. See d results or otherwise consult a sexologist personally .

Why do u think ur self to be an ed pt. Casual failure with casual partner is very common in unmarried man. Nothing to worry, consult a good physician, go for pre marital counselling  before marriage. Read good informative books to know about ur body.
