Erectile Dysfunction + Balanitis
I am 36 years old. Got married in January 2019. Suffering from erectile dysfunction since beginning of married life. Currently taking tadalafil 20mg. Erection gets better on taking medicine but lack the urge drive inclination and interest in sex. Not able to penetrate properly. Since sometime I have noticed small red spots and bumps on the head of my penis and irritation itching and inflammation under foreskin. Penis is uncircumcised. Feel very low depressed and lethargic. Please advice which medicine to take as I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and balanitis. Also want to know which doctor should I go to for physical examination of my penis. Sexologist or urologist or any other. Got reports of thyroid, lipid profile and testerone with me. Regards
