Erectile dysfuction. If it is available.

Erectile dysfuction i am 24 years old unmarried male and a patient of tittinus in both ears from last 1 year and for which i am undergoing treatment for it from at least 5 months .but recently from last 1 month i have start facing the problem of erectile dysfuction and low sex drive .i dont know whats happeing with me .is there any cure for rectile dysfuction can i become fit and fine once again plz help me and guide me what to do ? which type of doctor i need to consult plz help me? is there any cure for rectile dysfuction can i get be cured or not plz help me and what is the time period which required for its treament ?if it is available.and one more thing from last 6 month my urine colour becomes very dark yellow alsmost every time
