Erecticle dysfunction
I am newly married who is experiencing ED since 7-8 months. I am 5' 7" tall with 75 kg body weight. I suscept my sedentary life style with less concern in diet as the causes for the problem. Since then I have started exercise and eating ashwagandha and garlic with daily intake of milk. Now I have frequent morning erection but less firm . Still my erection subside quickly leading to failure of intercourse. What can be the possible cause? How long will it take to cure it? Please help.
