I am 31 year old newly married man suffering from Ed since 7 months back. I lose my erection quickly due to which intercourse is not posaible. I suscepted it to poor lifestyle with unbalanced diet and lack of exercise. So I have paying attention towards my diet and exercise since two months back. Also I am consuming garlic and aphrodiasics foods.now I have morning erection but less firmer and subside quickly. Is the cauae my Ed physiological or else? Please help.
