Sir I seems to have eractile dysfunction and premature ejaculation last many years , it feels every time whenever I masturbate and having sexual intercourse ..I am neither diabetic patient nor heart disease patient.. I feel PE when I was just 15 years old... I am unmarried bt next year I will marry ..plz help me
