Episode of Blood in Urine
Hello, I am 51 years old male.3 weeks back i had sudden onset of fever one evening followed by having to go to urinate multiple times the sane night. I also had pain while urinating and had the urge to urinate constantly. The next morning i noticed a little blood in my urine. On taking antibiotics my Symptoms improved. I underwent a cbc, urine routine and ultrasonography (abdomen plus pelvis-reports attached). All the reports were normal and WBC was 10,600 and haemoglobin is 13.5 .The fever subsided in next couple of days. I read on google that blood in urine could mean bladder cancer hence i was a little tensed. I have not smoked and also dont drink alcohol.Just experienced a blood in the urine on one occasion and it hasn't repeated anytime after that single episode. Its now been almost 25 days and the blood hasn't appeared again. Please let me know if its anything to be serious about or anything dangerous/worrisome?

In young gentlemen urine infection and renal stones are more common cause of urine infection than cancer. Your ursine report did not showing any infection. To rule out stone or any tumor CT scan will be best test. So please do KFT , followed by CECT urography. And consult a urologist with reports.
