EPilepsy and effect on pregnancy

Hi. I have epilepsy from year 2005 i am married now and i have urine checkup today at home and i am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant today i have medical abortion in september and i am pregnant again.i am afraid for this i want answer for my question is that does my current epilepsy tablet will effect the baby.
