In general it improves in two weeks
In your case it's severe and resistant
What about pus cultural sensitivity? Done
You need to go on injection antibiotics,
Get Ultrasound done to check vascularity and viability of the testis
Depends on other comorbidities.
If it is not responding, then testis needs to be removed for relief.
