I had cyst behind left scrotal area,wheat her it blocks sperm outflow,becos while I did sperm analysis it results AZOOSPERMIA,if I do cyst removal surgery this issue will solve???,I "m so depressed kindly provide solutions 4 my pro lem???

Azoospermia means that your testis is not working properly.Get a scrotal ultrasound done for testis size.
