Epididymitis
I have had my first sexual encounter in 2018 which later scared me to death and gave anxiety for months or for a year..still haunt me because I got excited that I didn't use condom in the end which brought so much anxiety in me. I searched about STD and HIV which scared me so much. I couldn't share it with family but my friend. But finally after 6 months of anxiety , worrying and thinking, I had a HIV combo antibody test which came out negative. That was a huge relief. But then I started having doubts of having either Chlamydia or gonorhea. I tried to recall any symptoms if I had any. Then found its complication called epididymitis which scared me. So I started checking my testicles more often that at one point I felt pain in after so many months. It got better on its own in 1-2 weeks. I have had no knowledge about tests of Chlamydia or gonorhea. It's been 3 years now and I don't know if I have Chlamydia/gonorhea or not. If I still have it..can it be detected and cured now?
