Epididymis hurts to touch
Hi doctor greetings I am 23 yrs old male and for past two days I am experiencing mild ache behind the testis in epididymis and consulted a general surgeon nearby and done USG of scrotum  to check whether there is a torsion or any other issues but everything is fine but once in a while I am getting pain in the tail of epididymis when I touch & especially when I walk or if there is a movement. It comes once in two months and gets resolved on its own please do let me what it is..

If everything is fine then it has be to minute trauma that might be responsible. Take some painkillers and use properly fitting underwear to support testes.. Don't touch genitalia... Multiple times pressing that will cause pain too..
