Epididymal head cyst
I am diagnosed with epididymal head cyst 2.2 mm on right testicle it causes mild pain sometimes .. what is the best treatment for that so dat it can be cured completly ... Does the cyst effect the sperm quality .. also suffering from low sexual desire

Nothing to worry. Most of the time it's usg accidental diagnosis. It would not affect ur Fertility, if there is constant pain, it may require surgery. Other wise, just wait and watch.
