Epididymal cyst and mild varicose
Hi Doctors
I m being diagnosed with epididymal cyst and mild varicose vain in left testis.
Pain in right testis and pulling pain in the whole sac
Pain is in irregular intervals
Impression:
Left sided mild varicocele.
Bilateral epididymal cysts.
Normal appearing bilateral testes.
EPIDIDYMIS:
A well-defined cyst measuring 5 x 5mm is seen in head of right epididymis. A small cyst measuring 3 x 3mm is seen in body of left epididymis.
Left spermatic veins appear mildly dilated with reversal of flow during valsalva maneuver suggestive of mild varicocele.
Average size of left spermatic veins is 2.8mm.
No evidence of hydrocele.
