Bilateral small epididymal cysts.
There is swelling in scrotum and having pain in both left and right testicles. I went for ultrasound in which there were
"Small cysts are seen in heads of bilateral epididymis measuring 5.1 x 4.1mm (right) & 3.4 x 2.7mm (left)."
Does this require surgery and how to avoid this pain?
I am taking anti inflammatory tablets but I feel it's not working will the cysts grow ?
