Epidermoid cyst on face
I have a small hard cyst on face since last two months and doctor suggested to get it surgically removed and it causes a permanent scar with three stitches.
How to cure it without any scar on face ?what is the charge of the treatment?

A cyst will have be surgically removed. There r no creams which can help reduce it. there will b a small linear scar which is normal post surgery but that can be reduced with the help of CO2 laser. Cost will vary depending on the size of the cyst.

Treatment varies with size of the cyst.Smaller ones can be removed with RF cautery, through tiny hole which heals with out the aid of sutures.Quality of scar also depends on line of incision, suture material used, host factors etc .There r many procedures for managing scar like CO2 laser, surgical revision etc.
