Hello..... Shape of nose don't change on its own... Either he might be allergic to cold, with the sinusitis or cold he would be having swallow nose... Consult ent specialist in the nearest hospital, you haven't mentioned the drop you are using... Continued medication for long period of time is required in allergic cases.
