Polypoldal soft tissue density is seen along the dependant aspect of the maxillary sinus suggestive of polyp, small polyp is seen in the left sphenoid sinus also , nasal septurn is deviated to the left with bony septal spur

You haven't mentioned your complaints like nasal obstruction , discharge etc. If you have nasal symptoms along with the above-mentioned radiological findings then you will need endoscopic SMR and FESS under general anesthesia.
