Hi, Touching eye generally doesn't cause glaucoma. Glaucoma can occur at any age but is unlikely in early 20's. Open angle Glaucoma generally is asymptomatic and it is detected during routine examination.  Whereas angle closure glaucoma can present with symptoms of red eye,  pain, haloes.
