If they said,nothing spcfc except Spleenomegaly, no need to worry.But tske carecin dietary aspects,if sny Alcohol consumption,hav to quit it.very csutious abt diet,take more water,regular exercises.Apart of those,there r very good remedies spcfc for this c/o in Homeo.
