  4. Enlarged right breast. It is cancer?

I am an 18 year old boy. About 5 months ago I began feeling a little pain under my right nipple. Now my right breast has grown larger than the left and I can feel a lump all round the nipple. I squeeze real hard a clear fluid comes out. It is cancer ?

No it does not necessarily mean cancer. But we will need to do a few tests to be sure and know how to cure it anyways. Please consult for further advise
