Enlarged pores on face

Hello..I wanted ask abt a problem dat my sister has been facing since 2yrs ..her skin is very oily & greecy ..her pores on face are getting enlarged and hence the skin on the face is looking old and saggy ...will any internal medication help her or external applications ..thanq ..
