Enlarged ear bone
Ten year before i noticed that i cant penetrate ear but into my left ear because of enlarged bone growth in it. There is never pin in that area but when you press it you feel slight heaviness and sourness. Also there is a protruding bone in front of that ear near the mole. Shall i consult the ent?

Your pic is looking normal to me . Kindly share a pic with your ear pinna moved upward and forward so that your ear canal is slightly visible .
Diagnosis of any obstruction in canal is easy to make out .
