  4. Enlarge prostate. Continue taking them?

I am an enlarged prostate patient 82 years old. Also diabetic and taking tomsulosin hydrochloride 0.4mg and deutasteroid 0.5mg combined, daily at night after food since 2 years. How long should I continue taking them?
