Now I am continuing thalidomide 300 mg per day.but same problem when I had reduced steroid enl reaction very severe.

Yours appears to be a case of steroid dependant enl. Thalidomide does help in such case but action is slow to start. Moreover increasing clofazamine and adding another medicine would be helpful but that is totally under Dermatologist's discretion.
