Endometrium Thickness
My scan shown 3mm endometrium Thickness. I have history of pcos but in scan no cyst in ovaries.. since april just have slight spotting. No regular period.. just spotting and brown blood.. what to do to improve as i want to conceive

Endometrial thickness varies as per the  day of menstrual cycle. For PCOD you need to consult Gynecologist. Needs detail evaluation

Ok U need to first get your hormonal profile for thyroid gland and prolactin test and sugar levels.if you are over weight, then decrease your weight and diet

meet a gyna re ecologist for ovulation induction and follicular scan for conception start taking tab folic acid 5 mg once daily at night for 3 months
