You have given a limited history . But as per your USG your ovary volume is more than 10 cc and ET is 10 mm also you have irregular periods and history of weight gain . You may have PCOS .
You need to do some hormonal tests like testosterone FSH, LH , PRL Etc and physical examination for the confirmation of diagnosis .
