Endometrities with bilateral tube block
My cousin got married 5 years back. Till Now  she doesn't have baby. 2times she tried iui got failed. After that she was diagnosed with Endometrities with bilateral tube block, one of the doctor suggested to go with IVF. another doctor said the blockage can be removed by laproscopie treatment. She is having sugar also fasting sugar-139,after food-210.she is 30years old. Now she is taking touch therapy. Need some suggestions what will be the right procedure to go ahead with. Herewith I attached her scan result. Need suggestions.

Rather than delaying in these cases its always better to go for IVF /ET. ESHRE recommendation: The GDG recommends the use of assisted reproductive technologies for infertility associated with endometriosis, especially if tubal function is compromised or if there is male factor infertility, and/or other treatments have failed.
