Greetings. My friend is 36 yrs old and has been diagnosed with Endometriosis. Pls let me know what's the possibility of conceiving with Endometriosis.

First of all.. With age of 36 yrs... Fertility decreases..
Endometriosis disturbs pelvic anatomy..
Depends on how extensive it is
Share actual reports for better understanding including sonography report
And An AMH should be done to see ovarian reserve

Endometriosis at 36 years need to treated with ivf for conception
Next Steps
Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and antral follicle count on day two of periods
Get serum thyroid prolactin LH AMH and FSH done on day 2 of periods
Health Tips
Take Tablet Visanne once a day at bedtime for 6 months

Hi. Conceiving with endometriosis is difficult . Better to start the tt as early as possible .
