Endometrioma
Hi doc ,
I am 25yr unmarried girl suffering from endometrioma ..i never had severe pelvic pain ..it was an incidental dx ..now im on endoreg 2mg for almost 1nd half yr..it helpd tobdecrease the cyst size ....i dont know if i should continue or not ...as i m not having periods since then plus will it affect my bone health?? Plz guide me

Hi.. U have to get reassessed regarding cyst size and features by ultrasound and gynecologist consultation. Any cyst retained for an year as u said needs to be treated. Medical treatment v try only for 3_6 months. So do stop Medicine and follow up with doctor.
